Yesterday I started to learn how to do timelapse. After being all up night, making to short, stupid timelapse videos I decided to go berserk

Which lense would be the best for everyday use on Nikon's FX series camera? Good for landscapes, some random portraits and journalism.

Today I'm happy as little baby. Finally I've bought a new monitor for my artistic expressions. 23", FullHD Acer with great colour reproduction. Calibration on the way and I'm fully equipped.
But there's some bad things happening. I nearly lost my left eye today, almost smashed my right palm and now I've got small chemical burn on my left hand. What a hell?! I'm some kind of lucky unlucky man.
